Today I put my cutting mat on the kitchen counter. That way I didn't have to bend as much. Next time I will try putting my ironing board beside my sewing machine. I get up and down and up and down to sew seams and pin. If I can stay seated to iron that may help too. Somehow I'll get it figured out! ;)
Tomorrow I am promising myself to work on the borders of the T2CHK Swap Quilt. Yes, I am that type of person who has several projects at once...it keeps life interesting!
